QUESTIONS to assess how you speak up and trust your voice(Required)

Short Insight:

Your confidence makes people want to listen. They know you’ll hear and see them.

Short Insight:

The world is missing out on your unique voice and perspective. You deserve to be heard and seen.

Full Insight:

People often want to have open and honest discussions with you. You generally find they listen to and respect your point of view. To build relationships based on mutual trust and respect you also need to show how open you are to hearing different, and sometimes, the more challenging perspectives of others.

Full Insight:

Your views matter. When there’s a fear of speaking up, you limit yourself and the difference you make. You might be missing out on having the ‘harder’, but also more valuable, conversations. Getting more comfortable at voicing your ideas and hearing different perspectives opens up your world.

Our Recommendation:

The THINK section of our BRAVE Journal will help you expand and challenge your own perspective. The SPEAK section of our BRAVE Journal, will help you to make your voice even clearer and more compelling.

Our Recommendation:

You answered:

Questions to assess your levels of curiosity(Required)

Short Insight:

You don’t just believe everything you think is right or that your first idea is the only solution. This makes you open to possibilities and expands your world.

Short Insight:

You sometimes fall in to unhealthy and unproductive thinking patterns. You may limit yourself and what you can achieve.

Full Insight:

Being able to think differently and critically on a subject, means you can bring multiple viewpoints to more challenging conversations. This allows ideas to spark and gets you better results. The challenge is to ensure that you do it consciously and make this inherent in how you operate. It also means making sure people know they can disagree with you.

Full Insight:

Getting stuck means, you can’t always represent your views or yourself effectively. You could end up agreeing to the wrong things, disagreeing about the wrong things. It may stop you getting the credit or results you deserve. Opening your thinking can ensure you create a fully rounded view and are able to disagree with confidence.

Our Recommendation:

The THINK and DISAGREE sections of our BRAVE Journal provide ways to start making diversity of thought an integral part of your approach.

Questions to assess how you embrace disagreement(Required)

Short Insight:

You embrace healthy disagreement and see it as a good thing. Your own openness and transparency lead to greater connection with others and deeper relationships.

Short Insight:

Your tendency to avoid conflict is very human. Most people want to be liked and fear that disagreements will create tension with people they interact with.

Full Insight:

You see being open and transparent, encouraging and embracing healthy disagreement as a good thing. If people are encouraged to speak out, it improves relationships and allows you to connect more deeply. You recognise that different contributions and thinking are genuinely needed and valued. Disagreement helps to strengthen your ideas. The challenge is to ensure your willingness to embrace disagreement is seen in the same way by those who experience it with you.

Full Insight:

The avoidance of conflict can create disconnection; we avoid the difficult discussion but we are left with inevitable tension. Conflict avoidance is a coping technique designed to minimise fear. However, if it becomes a permanent part of your relationships, you may miss opportunities for growth. The challenge is to cope with the discomfort of disagreement and actively invite open debate, knowing it can make you stronger.

Our Recommendation:

The DISAGREE section of our BRAVE Journal enables you to embrace the process and art of healthy disagreement consciously and skilfully.

Our Recommendation:

The DISAGREE section of our BRAVE Journal will enable you to embrace the process and art of healthy disagreement and prevent conflict avoidance.

You answered:

Questions to assess how you make decisions(Required)

Short Insight:

Effective decision making ensures that problems get solved at the right speed and opportunities are seized rather than wasted.

Short Insight:

Often a key reason you may feel frustrated is because of either the slower pace of your decision making or an actual fear of making a decision.

Full Insight:

Often, in our fast-paced world, quick decision making is the thing we may see as ideal.  It’s vital to recognise the moments when fast OR slow decision making need to be applied and to have the discipline to choose. Knowing ‘how’ you make decisions plus being able to ‘tell the story’ of your decision (eg: how & why you made it) helps you to continually identify when your pace or direction need to change.

Full Insight:

Slow decision making is often a result of going round in circles and getting stuck in the decision-making loop Knowing when you are ready to make a decision is as critical as the decision itself. Decisions are only ‘correct’ in hindsight so being able to ‘tell the story’ of your decision (eg: how & why you made it) can help your confidence and trust the direction you take.

Our Recommendation:

The DECIDE section of our BRAVE Journal will challenge you to elevate your decision-making to ensure the best outcome in any situation.

Our Recommendation:

The DECIDE section of our BRAVE Journal will help you identify and implement the right decision-making for any situation.
