The flagship ‘We are BRAVE’ programme incorporates BRAVE principles into Well Prepared Training’s existing core training, designed to help teams and individuals to champion change. BRAVE methodology transforms decision-making culture by taking the fear out of two things: disagreement and critical debate, and speaking up and being heard.
BRAVE can currently be accessed in a number of ways; through training in a corporate setting, online via webinars and social media and, in the future, through other organisations such as schools.
