What You Need To Know Before You Attend

It’s an interactive, virtual 3-hour session with an opportunity for you to apply the tools to your real-life situations.

That means we will be asking you to contribute so make sure you’re able to do that in a way that’s best for you.

Please be aware we’ll ask you to keep your camera on as much as possible. It really helps the conversations, the group and the trainers.

We know it can be hard to speak up and be on screen with lots of people, so we keep the group size smaller for that reason.

What You Need To Do Before You Attend

  • Make sure you do the following pre-work– It should take no more than 30 mins
  • Watch our DECIDE BRAVE Principles videos here.
  • Answer these reflective questions on how you currently make decisions:
    • What frustrates you about your decision making?
    • What do you enjoy about your decision making?
    • How do you know when you’re ready to decide?
    • Write down 10 words to describe the patterns and habits of an effective decision maker
    • Write down 10 words to describe the patterns and habits of an ineffective decision maker
    • Where do you see your own decision-making patterns and habits? Write down the words that apply to you
  • Think about a work-related decision you need to make and have that example ready to use on the session. Ideally, it’s a decision you can make on your own and doesn’t involve your team or a wider a group of people
